The job requires a self-motivated, vibrant individual with excellent reading and speaking skills, a competitive nature, strong work ethic and a dynamic personality. Not only does our Sales Team create business partnerships between Tekmark and companies in their territory, they’re a key to Tekmark’s overall success. Each salesperson is responsible for growing their revenue potential by expanding their client base through networking with client managers and consultants. Relationships can be developed through in-person client meetings at their offices, lunches, dinners, sporting events, golf, philanthropic activities and more. The role requires a self-motivated, career-oriented individual with excellent problem solving skills, a competitive nature and lots of energy.
