Job Description:
-Client is seeking a Logistics Coordinator

Summary:
-The Hardware Logistics and Fulfillment team is looking for an Operations Coordinator within B2B Order Management to help drive the hardware business forward.
-As a part of this team, you will apply your knowledge of supply chain principles and your problem solving prowess to support distribution and transportation for our largest B2B hardware customers.
-You will be responsible for all aspects of order management in US and Canada (order receipt and confirmation, exception management, order release and fulfillment) to ensure all B2B customer orders meet service level agreements.
-Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving post-fulfillment problems to ensure our B2B customers' issues are addressed quickly and completely.
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to anticipate supply and demand issues.
-Develop deep understanding of order management system, inventory management system, and data analysis and reporting tools.
-Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline operations and mitigate common issues.
-Support new projects and tasks as necessary.
-Support all B2B orders in US and Canada to ensure orders are released, shipped and delivered on time.
-Work with internal/external partners to manage backlog and exceptions (EDI errors, transportation delays, short-shipments, damages, returns, warehouse performance and other non-conforming issues).
-Support investigation, disputes and reconciliation of noncompliance-related chargebacks.

Qualifications:
-BA/BS degree, preferred business or supply chain
-1 year experience in B2B retail, hardware operations, logistics or order management.
-Experience working with order and inventory management systems.
-Experience collaborating and working cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales, planning and engineering teams.
-Experience in developing stakeholder relationships.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Highly organized and self-started with attention to detail.
-Highly skilled problem solver able to make sense of situation and come up with intelligent solution.
-Experience collaborating and working cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales, planning and engineering teams.

Nice to have:
-Experience with NetSuite OMS
