Previsor Software Maintenance

When eight different telecom service providers throughout the U.S., U.K., Ireland, the Netherlands, France and Turkey use Previsor in their operations centers to monitor their voice, video and data switching in their networks, they called Tekmark to provide support services. Our work included responding to system problems, answering technical questions, providing training and delivering software fixes and enhancements.
