Service Assurance QA for Performance Management Operations Support Systems

A major U.S. telecom was continuing the maintenance and rollout of its signature flagship Service Assurance application, PMOSS, which provided performance, SLA and usage billing reporting to external customers. It also provided real-time network performance surveillance and alerting, network controls for service restoration, and capacity management and analysis. Tekmark was called in to perform requirement and design reviews, system test planning, system test, and production test for the data and report layers of the UVERSE application. By utilizing our technical development skills, we were able to extract data and custom automate specific testing processes.

Our team (5) provided new feature testing to support high-growth IP telecom services including Mobility, VoIP, IP Television (UVERSE), and Virtual Private Networks
We expanded the originally contracted team by adding one additional resource and continue to pursue additional staff supplementation positions.
