April 15, 2020 - Tekmark Global Solutions has always been focused on helping our clients, especially those in the healthcare industry. Now, more than ever, it is crucial to go the extra mile in an effort to lend our support and to help in any way we can. One of our clients in New York City, a major hospital network, reached out to us over the weekend for desktop support engineers to configure a number of iPads to be distributed to their facilities so that patients can visit with their families virtually. This is not only crucial for patients who have been diagnosed with COVID-19, but also for the patients at the hospital’s Post-Acute Care facilities who cannot receive visits from their families. Tekmark put together a team of engineers who were able to start immediately to help aid this initiative.
